Sigma Mathematics Academy has been developed as a result of a frustration of being unable to find a workable, affordable and impactful solution for Maths tuition for a friend’s child.

A clear gap in the solutions online led to a belief that a solution needed to be created.

So why us? Unlike some competitors, Sigma Mathematics School is set up around for following beliefs:

  • Everything we do stems from Educational Research. Click here to see some of the Educational Research.

  • Taught by qualified teachers with degrees in Mathematics or a very closely related field.

  • Native English Speakers develop our courses.

  • We have a maximum class size of 15.

  • We use Zoom to deliver lessons, a very stable platform with very few technical issues that can arise from custom-built software.

  • Affordability is a strong belief of ours, therefore, our courses are priced accordingly.

Having been educated in the UK to Masters level and taught in the UK and International Schools for over 20 years, our tutor, Andy, has held all the main positions in senior leadership teams.  Andy has also presented on the UK's National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders course and holds the National Qualification for Headship in the UK.  In addition, Andy has taken part in numerous school reviews as part of the UK's National Challenge Programme.
