Online lesson safeguarding

All lessons:

• Are delivered via Google Meet

• Use professional accounts

• Are conducted in an educational context only

We never:

• Communicate with students via private social media

• Request personal contact details from students

Parent/guardian involvement

We recommend:

• Parents are aware of lesson times

• Younger students are supervised where appropriate

• Lessons take place in shared home spaces where possible

Professional conduct

Tutoring is conducted professionally and respectfully at all times.

Recording lessons

Lessons are not recorded unless explicit parental consent is given.

Reporting concerns

Any safeguarding concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon appropriately.
