By booking lessons with Sigma Education Solutions Ltd you agree to the following terms.

Service description

We provide online tutoring sessions delivered via Google Meet.

Bookings

Trial lessons are booked via Calendly.
Paid sessions are scheduled after enrolment.

Parental responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

• Ensuring student attendance

• Providing a suitable learning environment

• Supervising younger students as appropriate

Behaviour expectations

Students must behave respectfully.
We reserve the right to stop lessons if behaviour is inappropriate.

Technology requirements

Students must have:

• Stable internet connection

• Webcam and microphone

• Quiet learning environment

Liability limitation

We are not liable for:

• Internet disruptions

• Device issues

• Third-party platform outages

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
